Welcome to [M.S. EXTERIOR SERVICES] (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our exterior services, including but not limited to landscaping, pressure washing, painting, roofing, and general exterior maintenance (“Services”). By hiring our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We provide a variety of exterior services for residential and commercial properties as described in our service agreement or proposal. The exact services, pricing, and terms will be outlined in a written estimate or contract before work begins.

All estimates and quotes are based on the initial site inspection and project requirements. Prices may be subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise during service. Quotes are valid for [7] days from the date of issuance. Any changes in materials, labor, or scope of work may result in additional charges. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We may require a deposit before commencing work. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations must be made at least [30] days in advance  and  any pending payment needs to be paid at cancelation, any cancelation needs to be in writing. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We provide a limited warranty on certain services. Warranty terms will be outlined in the service agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing damages, structural issues, or damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or third parties. Customers must notify us of any claims related to service issues within [1] days of completion.

Clients must provide access to the property and ensure a safe working environment. Any necessary permits or approvals are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients must inform us of any underground utilities, property restrictions, or hazardous conditions. We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms and Conditions, fails to make payments, or engages in inappropriate conduct towards our staff.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between both parties. If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in [ILLINOIS ].
